If you are having difficulty with a federal agency, such as the Social Security Administration, Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Internal Revenue Service or any other federal government agency, Senator Schiff's office may be able to help.
Under the Privacy Act of 1974, Senator Schiff's office must obtain written authorization to assist you. To get started, please complete either the Casework Authorization Form or the USCIS Privacy Release Form as applicable (see below for details), include a true/wet signature, and submit the completed form by email to Senator Schiff's Office: Schiff_California@schiff.senate.gov or by fax (202)228-0026.

If you are seeking assistance with the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), please print and complete the USCIS Privacy Release form, include a true/wet signature, and email to Senator Schiff's Office: Schiff_California@schiff.senate.gov
