Flag Requests

Senator Schiff’s office is proud to help Californians purchase American flags that have been flown over the United States Capitol to mark special occasions or events. Each flag comes with a certificate of authenticity from the Architect of the Capitol, which includes the name of the requesting person or organization, the date it was flown, and the occasion.

Please use the link provided below to order your flag, which takes you to our Pay.gov form. The normal processing time for a flag request is 4-6 weeks. If you are requesting your flag to be flown on a specific date, please place your order at least two weeks in advance.
